Eligible unworn jewellery can be returned within 30 days from delivery, subject to the Refund & Returns Policy. For resizing, contact us within 60 days from delivery so we can confirm what is possible for your design.

Return conditions

Jewellery should be unworn and returned in original condition.
Original packaging and supplied certificates or valuation documents should be returned where applicable.
Items altered, repaired, engraved or resized by another jeweller may not be eligible.
Bespoke or personalised items may have limited return eligibility unless faulty or not as agreed.
